You have directed your question to the entire real estate agent community.

We have no contact info on the owner of that home. You would have to contact the listing agent.

In any case, most likely, if it was their desire to "rent or sell," you'd find it under rentals.

I can assist you in finding a rental. No charge. The broker will pay me a finder's fee, not you.

I will need to know:
Max rent
Minimum BR
Min BA
Geographic area you want to search.
Single family home only?
Do you absolutely need a garage?
Do you need it to be pet friendly?
What is the last day do or die you MUST be in?
What is the fastest you can rent?

Thank you,

No thanks. Why not buy? Historic low interest rates...stable prices...you're in the drivers seat! Let me show you how you can own.

Most people who list their house for sale want to sell.
That said, it never hurts to ask and your best bet is to inquire directly with the listing brokerage: Creed Realty-757-502-4070
Best of luck!
