There are a lot of houses in the area that have been on where sellers have not reduced the prices. Pricing is paramount now! Buyers still call on homes from the ads in the paper. If you have one to sell in Bayonne, there are buyers around, but sellers won't get anywhere by posting an offering price 100K over the last sale.

Hi Anne,

Great Question. Bayonne is a really great area, With some really good neighborhood's. That being said Home prices reflect this. You should probably keep your searc under $500,000 and see what pops up. If you need You can find a list at Or

Both sites are free. I hope that helps. If you need further help I can help as well. Good Luck And Happy Home Hunting:)

There seems to be a wide variety of pricing mostly between 4K-6K. There are some for 2K-3K as well. I am afraid I can't tell you much about area as I am in the southern states. Good luck!
