Hi Melani,

Prices have actually bumped up in Westlake over the past few months. You can find Westlake-specific market data and updates on my website at Rents are also strong now, so if you think you'd like to retain the property long-term, that is also an option that many people are looking at. Please feel free to contact my colleague Alec and I anytime if we can be of assistance. We are working in Westlake all the time!

The market is picking up steam all over the peninsula! A lot of people are looking for homes again since the prices have come down. It seems rare to have a 2/1 in that area since most are 3 bedrooms. Anyways, a 2/1 in good condition should sell for around $450,000 right now! That's just my ballpark figure without seeing the place.

Hello, I just sold a house there 2 BR 1 1/2 BA (Westlake Olympic area across Cafe Boulevard) in 14 days 2 weeks ago. If you want to know the price how much it was email me at I can also send you some comps in the area within the last 3 to 6 mos. Also, I have a lot of buyers who are interested in this area. Email me if you are interested of knowing the price around that area.
