Hi Peter
I had a rental that was on Trulia last month and the people interested emailed me through Trulia. I then got a message alerting me. If you have not heard back, Drop an email again and check Craigslist. I know I received a lot of emails and on occasion I know I may have missed a few. FYI-Trulia is sometimes behind in its accuracy, it could be that the home has been rented out. I would double check Craigslist and Realtor.com to make sure it is still on.
Good luck!

Hi Debby,

Laura is correct. I'm afraid that open house submissions generally take 24 hours for our system to process. It's thus best if you can load them a few days ahead of time.

I'm sorry for the confusion and the inconvenience this may have caused you. Please let us know if you have any other questions or feedback to share with us.

Best Wishes,

Do you mean on Trulia? Call Trulia. You will want to make sure that when you entered the listing on the MLS that you checked the box authorizing it to be syndicated on line. I believe you can also manually list it on Trulia.

Explain to your client that there are areas of the internet which the individual honestly has no control over it. If it is listed correctly on the MLS, and syndicated to Realtor.com you are giving it the exposure you have control over. You may also have to call the other listing agent and ask them to remove their old listing from Trulia.

All the best to you.

Hi Sarah,

Like Cathy, I'm uncertain as to what problem you are experiencing. You are shown to be the listing agent for this property and, as such, any inquiries made about the property should be sent to the email address associated with your Trulia account.

If you continue to experience problems with your listing, please access the link below to send an email to our Customer Service team and pease also be sure to include as much detail as possible about the problem in your email.

Hi Sylvia,

Your listing at 21 Miraflores is currently live on Trulia. Please access the link below to review my response to your other question about this issue.

In regards to your listing at 864 Tamalpais, it appears that your broker is no longer including that listing in the data feed they send to us and it has thus been removed from our site. If this is incorrect, please contact your broker to ensure that they add this listing back to their data feed. Once they do so our display should update automatically to show the listing as being for sale.

Also, please note that you can edit the listing photos for any property that you have claimed. Just access the My Listings section of your account, select the option to 'Edit listing details' for the property in question, and select the option to edit 'Listing photos'. You'll then be able to add, remove or reorder any of the photos associated with that property.

Please let us know if you experience any difficulties with this process and be sure to let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Hi Sylvia,

Thank you for reaching out to us about this again. It appears as though this listing is currently live and is shown under your profile. If you access the link below to your profile you should find the property displayed under the Listings section of your account.

Also, you mention that you contacted Trulia to no avail, yet I do see that our Customer Service team responded to your email about this issue last week. If you didn't receive that email, please let us know so we can look into that issue as well.

Hi Maryann,

Welcome to Trulia Voices and thank you for your question. Only listings that have been submitted to Trulia manually can be edited at this time. I assume you are wanting to edit the following listing since that is the only one which shows the listing address.

http://www.trulia.com/property/1060934243-1150-Mission-Ave-San-Rafael-CA-94901

We receive this listing information from ListingDomains.com and you will need to contact them to update this information. You can request that they either remove the listing address from the data feed they send to us entirely or you can request that they indicate we should not disclose the address in this data feed. Either way, once they make this change, our display should update automatically and remove the information.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or if you experience any difficulties with this process.

Best Wishes,

Emily Erekuff answered:
Hi Kieran,

As Tristan noted in his answer below, not all properties that appear on Trulia are for sale. This is the case with this property. It is not included within our for sale search results and only shows information that is public record.

If you believe that any of the information we show for this property is incorrect, please contact your local county assessor's office to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information on file for your home. Once they make any necessary updates to their data, the information shown on our site should update automatically thereafter.
