Grocery stores are very close to this address. Just down Lower Roswell to the west is a Publix and a Kroger. There is also a Walgreens in that direction, plus Ace Hardware. Headed east on Lower Roswell is another Publix just north on Johnson Ferry Road, and a Kroger at the corner of Lower Roswell Road and Johnson Ferry Road. If you then head north on Johnson Ferry Road, there is a good deal of retail establishments. That spot is a great central location for many options! ... more

There is plenty of shopping in the area--just around the corner on Austell Rd is almost anything you could want.

Hi Alisha,

I have found information on the property in question. I have contacted the listing agent to find out more details on it. The Marietta Square is 5.9 miles from this property which is about a 15 minute drive (depending on traffic). Also in the area to the south, is the Cumberland Mall which offers a variety of different shopping options. The area directly around the Cumberland Mall is jammed packed with different types of department stores, grocery stores, etc. A few miles to the north of this property is the Towne Center Mall. This is a large mall that offers a great variety of shopping as well. Either direction that you desire, you are sure to find the shopping that you are looking for. Please contact me for more information regarding this property or any other property you may be interested in.

Best Regards,

Blake Bonner

No. Do not move here, it'll be the biggest mistake you will ever make for reasons listed below:

Uncontrollable roach problem, constant police activity
due to crime. Cars were keyed . Darkly lit parking garage.
Loud music and noisy neighbors almost every
night. Kids running up and down hallways screaming
and crying, dirty outside windows that condo will not
clean, faulty water heaters that break and
units floods out. They keep raising HOA constantly and without notice or
reason. THE HOA are all corrupt people - RIP OFF and
a dirty hallway, elevator. It's like the projects!

PS: the people below have invested in these properties and will tell you what you want to hear. Take it from someone like myself who lives here and wants to get out ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Millie,
The Worthington Condos are about 1/2 mile from I-75 to the west and about the same distance from Powers Ferry Rd to the east. To the west are a couple of filling stations and several restaurants. To the east are more restaurants and about three different small shopping plazas. The only thing not close by is a grocery store. Kroger and Walmart are about two miles away. The Cob County bus line runs on the main road (Windy Hill) right in front of the complex. Here is a link to the Cobb bus line You can access other areas of Cobb County and link to the main MARTA bus and rail line of Atlanta from there. That should get you to everytthing you could need.
