With respect to mortgage financing, Mobile Homes were built before 1986, and are not considered real property, and are therefore not eligible for a residential real estate mortgage.

Manufactured Homes are built in a factory, and then delivered to the home site. Most lenders will not lend on Manufactured Homes in AZ, but those that do, require the MFH to be a double wide, permanently affixed, with no home improvements that could affect the integrity of the original construction.

Modular Homes are also built in a factory, but the materials are delivered to the property in separate pieces, to be constructed like a stick built home, based on local building codes.

Since your home was built after 1986, it is not a mobile home. And because there are very few modular homes built in AZ, it is very likely that your house is a Manufactured Home. You can check your bedroom closets for an FHA metal plackard that provides the original manufacturer details, or you can also look up your address on the Maricopa County Assessor's website, where your property taxes are partially calculated based on the type of your home's construction:

Many places except felons. If they are sex offenders then you'll get a notice all the time of every sex offender within a mile distance of your home. Our Central Phoenix townhouse gets them a lot of notices but our complex is gated and secure so no unwanted traffic can come on the property. Good inexpensive to average rental, Park Medeterraine Townhomes, right next to the rail/buses. ... more

The entire area near Kierland Commons in N Scottsdale has a variety of furniture stores. However, it is best to work with a design professional who can assist you in determining what vendors, resources and stores are most suitable for your needs. They often have preferred pricing with the stores and workrooms. ... more

HI Ellen,

As a long term resident of the east valley, with a good chunk of time in Ahwatukee, I can tell you that it is a lovely community surrounded by mountain views, great parks and amenities, and very nice subdivisions. It has the great benefit of feeling like an "off the beaten track' hamlet, while being conveniently located approximately 7 miles from a major Phoenix artery that will get you to the downtown area in approximately 20 minutes. Additionally, it provides easy access to Sky Harbor Airport, Scottsdale, and even Prescott is an easy hour and 45 minute drive!

Hi Michelle,

This is actually an apartment community, not a condo or home, so it isn't in our database. That said, I did some checking on the internet for you. You can go to:

for more information on the apartments. It doesn't list washer & dryer in the unit, but it does say the community has laundry facilities so I would guess that this complex has shared facilities for their tenants.

Hope this helps.

This home is not currently listed on the MLS.
Unfortunately, with Trulia, Zillow, and other third party sites, a lot of the homes that are listed are old listings and not up to date, there's no telling when this home sold.

BUT, the fortunate news, I did send you some listings, up to 100k, in Mesa. If you see one that you are interested in seeing, I would be more than happy to take some time and show you!

OR, if you would like, I do have a website that offers you to search like a pro, as real-estate agents do. AND, you get to search in the criteria, YOU WANT! Pretty awesome, huh?
