You can go to a AZ Sex Offenders Search and then type in your address and it will show you the offenders and the level that they are in your area.

Here is the link or you can google it.

Your best bet is to call a few contractors for estimates. We are agents and lenders, and therefore not adept at the price of construction.
Also, 15X15 is not the same as 10X20, although both groups of numbers equal 30. A room 15X15 is 225 square feet. A room 10X20 is 200 square feet.
Get estimates for both, since the cost will vary.

Good luck!

Which Anthem neighborhoods are the most family friendly for families with a toddler and infant? Is the country club still mostly all adults or has there been a shift to more families?

Friendly neighbors who might lift the hood of their car or put a towel out to dry are not deal breakers to me they actually show you care about your property.

hi there, I am a local real estate agent and I can tell you that you do get used to the heat. It is hot in July and August and September. Most people stay, but there are some that go up to the mountains to cool off and others to California as well. The snowbirds are usually gone by April when it starts to heat up and they return around October. The AC runs almost year round here with the exception of November and January. The nights are cool enough from November to March. I hope this helped.

Hi. There are many colleges and universities in the area. The cultural comparison to Washington DC is a little difficult to address but if you would like a farmhouse, then Fountain Hills is not for you. You can get a house on a ranch style property in the area, but this is definitely desert and hills terrain and lots of heat. If you want cooler temperatures, you can go up into Payson or Flagstaff perhaps. ... more

Yes, I moved here with twin boys in 2006. My boys were in 10th grade. They did quite well, played football and lacrosse and made great friends. The summer is a little hot and they missed the snow but adjusted just fine. They loved being able to swim in their pool. I am certain they will do great. ... more

It might be a syndication issue. Even though the property is leased, the tenants might not have moved in yet. If this is the case, the listing in our MLS might not reflect closed. If not, then 3rd party websites such as Trulia, Zillow,, etc, might not have the most accurate information. Hope this helps. ... more

Feel free to contact me. Your neighborhood on Ivanhoe is one I pass every morning and evening to and from work and, thus, am extremely capable of being a very good information source for you as well as an excellent REALTOR. We will need to talk about financing, since some condo communities may not allow for all types of financing. If you decide that Tucson is a better fit, I have a very good reference that I can give to you. I have had several clients use my Tucson connection and they have all been very happy. He is a Broker like myself and just sold his company to a major franchise. ... more
