Within months my area filled up with "questionable" buyers and renters. Next door renters move in and tried stealing my power via extension cords to my exterior outlets, demanded I give them my wifi password. When i refused they started blocking my driveway with their cars and throwing dirty diapers and beer bottles over my wall which shattered when they landed on the rock, i have dogs, so broken glass was bad news. I now own in Colorado, my home value is up 100k in the last 18 months, I love it here. I can run with my dogs, i don't have issues with my neighbors and there isn't the horrible dairy cow factory farm smell.
