So great that everyone from out of state thinks this is a wonderful deal. For those of us who actually practice real estate here in Phoenix, it's asinine.
Are we also going to be required to actually speak to the agents? Because we all know that's just not going to happen given how few ever answer their phones and/or return calls.
If the seller doesn't want the home shown without notice, take the lockbox off and put the onus on them to be at their house constantly in case a buyer wants to look because, at the end of the day, they need to operate on the buyers' schedule and not theirs.
Incidentally, I've NEVER spoken to a call center ... amazing how our market's different than yours. Same goes for the HUD/VA concept, since we all have electronic keyboxes here that allow us to access the lock boxes and don't need a specific master key.
