There is no address or anything, we need some information as to what house. Further, there is no way to estimate what foreclosure auctions will go for. Banks and associations foreclosing will bid up to their final judgment amount as they have a credit bid for that much; they want to get back more than is owed to them. Further, if this is n association foreclosure auction, you need to be 100% sure there is no mortgage on the property as it is superior and can still foreclose on you after you pay money for title from the association.
You need to get yourself a lawyer ASAP before doing anything.

The problem is that unless the landlord offers commission, most realtors aren't going to spend their time for free as that is how the realtor gets paid. Typically unless landlord has an agent too (or listed on the MLS), they dont offer commission to agents or deal with renter agents.

There is a program that I use that provides 10,000 towards your down payment and closing costs. It is a zero interest and zero payment loan that is only due when/if you sell the home. I have closed using this program several times and would be happy to assist you. Also I use a 2,000 tax credit program, which enables you to receive a 2,000 tax credit for the life of your loan.
