Boating is second to none. Its 25 minutes to downtown Naples (more restaurants). Its a 2.5 hour flight to paradise. I recently purchased a lot 2 blocks from the beach with direct access to the ocean. My guess would be from a site that wants to sell foreclosure information...
The reality is much different, as all the well informed agents have answered before me.
The occasional REO still comes to market, but we are way past the worst of it in Southwest Florida. Bring any of us back to 2010 and we would be buying hand over fist.
So, moral of the story- make sure the information you are reading is correct. It will pay off by allowing you to make the best financial decisions possible. Most agents and brokers can provide current and historical data that meet your needs.

Marco is unique. If you have never been here before, please check it out. You may think that our prices are over priced, but heres the thing. Our inventory is down. We are now competing against new construction. These both naturally drive up the prices. We are seeing an average of 10-15 pendings a day.

We have 202 total miles of salt water access. Naples has 17.5 Miles.

We are the largest of the 10,000 Islands.

Again, please visit Marco Island, or if you have been here before, you understand what we are all about.

Also, please keep in mind. Asking price is merely that, everything is negotiable, and Cash is king.
