This property is just "tax records" that Trulia allows on their website. Can be a little confusing, but in the link you provided it does says sold towards the tail end (this sold back in 2007).

If you would like I can put you on a search that is the same one I use for my own clients. It is a waiting list of sorts, because anything that hits the market, does a price drop, etc... you will get notified instantly via email. Will save you a lot of time and frustration by avoiding tax records like this or other inaccurate listings.

Just shoot me a email with your search criteria and I will set this up for you today.

Happy House Hunting!

Hi Bobbie, thanks for the question on Summer Ct. Unfortunately, that is all the photos the listing agent had taken. This is common with short sale properties as they are often pretty rough inside. This home also is partially under construction/remodeling and is why it was priced so low for the neighborhood. Last month I sold a home a block away of this listing for $317, 000 if that gives you any reference point to the neighborhood values.
Good luck with the search.
Please feel free to contact me if you would like any additional assistance in your search efforts.

My guess is this will be coning on as a bank owned property. Have your agent setup a search on the MLS to watch for it to come on the market.

Your property value is based primarily on the condition, updating, and desirability of the house. The garage, while an important piece of the puzzle, is the last place I would recommend putting your updating dollars unless there are structural or esthetic issues that might be a negative to prospective buyers.

The orientation of the garage is probably the third rating criteria (behind size and condition). A driveway may be a plus to one Buyer; the next will think only of the shoveling! You will likely not see an increase in your property value by reorienting the garage - all other things being equal.

Patrick,
The home is currently listed as pending on the MLS. Posting a link directly to the MLS listing is in violation of the rules & regulations. Reply with your email address and I'll be happy to send you the listing. ... more
