Maricris A answered:

It appears that the property you are interested to is in foreclosure status on Trulia. Trulia is a platform for consumers to browse housing information as well as a tool for home owners and agents to list their properties. If a listing is foreclosure or not, it is up to the listing owner to update the status of that property. The status of the listing is unclear to us because it is in the hands of the listing owner.

If you want to know more information about the foreclosure property, you may check the county record where the property is part of or you may also contact a foreclosure specialist near your area for assistance.

I hope this information is helpful.

This type of question would be best handled by a real estate attorney. You will want everything to be stated up front what both parties intents are.

The mortgage service is Greenpoint Mtg. and the final judgement was over $721k. That doesn't mean that's what it will be listed for by any means. My team does sell a high volume of REO property and I may be of assistance to you.

You may contact me if you wish assuming that you are not under contract with a licensed agent.

Hey I am working with a buyer named Sam looking in your area (are you my secret client?!)

Everyone below has said pretty much what I would. For this type of house in Maple Grove with that square footage I would think 450k or above will be the asking price....easily 500k. If you want to speak with someone who has a buyer at your price point already looking just hit me up. If you are my buyer Sam why dude just call me!

If you are interesting in purchasing a foreclosure be prepared to write an offer immediately. If they are in good shape, most of them are getting multiple offers in just a day or so. If you are looking for a great deal a foreclosure can be that deal. There are some things that you should be aware of going into it. I would love to sit down go through the foreclosure process with you and see what your needs are and put together a strategy for you to find you a home.

Absolutely, in the process of home buying and selling, questions are asked at several points of the sale and usually the buyer and the seller are at closing.

Hi Ben, I am a licensed realtor and know of many programs that may benefit you. If you would like to schedule a showing of any homes on the market I can set that up for you. However; this place from the picture appears to be a vacant lot. After further research; 8550 Magnolia Lane N , Maple Grove, MN 55369 is a corner lot that sold back in 2011 for $472,915. After reaching out to a few people the rest of the homes on that block may or may not be for sale, but I have to wait and hear back from the sales manager to see what exactly is happening with this development and why these homes are not listed. There are other developments for sale in the surrounding area, but I would love to talk to you further to see how I can help. When she calls back I'll be glad to share that info. with you.. ... more
