Hi Sheila- You should probably look at it via zip code within Manchester, then just an average for the whole City. As you know, there are many different neighborhoods and part of Manchester. You'd hate to pay more because you're figuring a skewed cap rate.

Looking at a multifamily or some other kind of comm. property?
Thanks and good luck,

Realtors generally response to this question….. the time to buy is NOW.

It has been said to not question what a person says but sometimes WHY THEY SAY IT.

Realtors are seeing fewer of those 6 % commissions because houses are just not selling.

So I should buy now and watch prices FALL farther until at least the summer of 2009.

I may buy a home some time next year, but for now I will take a wait and see as to Real Estate and the US Economy.

There is a large suburban part of Manchester as well but it is not quite as nice as Nashua and Merrimack in my opinion. Manchester is the best commuting option for those working in Boston. Downtown Manchester is not great if you ask me. ... more
