What you are missing is a listing agent would be working for you. They would guide you and get you the best offer, price and terms. With your questions, it does not sound like a good deal. You can also find an agent to work for less where you have a buyer and get the guidance so you are not taken advantage of ... more

Amber Noble Garland answered:
Hello MaxwellNJ:

It's not uncommon for homeowners to get that "itch" to put their home on the market as they see their neighbors listing and selling their homes. Another factor that may play into the increase in homes for sale on the street may be the fact that one of the homes on the street is in "pre-foreclosure" status. Often times the fear of home values decreasing significantly due to distressed properties being sold in a given area, will induce homeowners to sell their homes.

Below is the additional research I did for you...

1. There are currently only three (3) homes for sale on Joseph St. in Manalapan.

2. Of the homes for sale #3 Joseph St. is currently "under contract." This home has been on the market for 430 days and has had numerous price reductions.

3. #11 Joseph is a "short sale" (pre-foreclosure) home that has been listing since July of 2014.

4. #2 Joseph also went on the market in July 2014, and has since experienced a few price reductions.

So again, three (3) homes for sale on a tight-knit street such as Joseph St. is common, particularly during the Spring or Summer months (which is when they were listed).

If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me using the info below. I'd love to be a reliable real estate resource for you!

Be the very best,

Take care,

Yes, the question is missing a key word and could go either way really. I could add "Buy" or "Sell" in between "to my" and it would change certain aspects of the question.
I would contact a Broker or Agent near you and explain in detail what your situation is. They will be able to provide you with a service or point you in the right direction.

Best of Luck,

Alex Montelongo/Broker

Hi Atul
There aren't any rental communities in Manalapan or Marlboro aside from those for seniors with limited income but there are condos and single family homes that do become available for rent. They usually go quickly and most do require a security deposit, review of a tenant application, verification of employment and satisfactory credit history. Matawan does have rental communities of 1 and 2 br apartments and apts in multi family homes throughout town that do become available as well. I don't know what in particular you are looking for but I'll be happy to help you. ... more

Depends on the Complex. Every association/community is a bit different in terms of what they cover. Typically however, it covers outside maintenance such as snow removal, grass cutting, watering of grass, upkeep of playgrounds/community parks, and community amenities such as pools, tennis courts, etc. (if there are any)
