According to the MLS no land listings have sold since January. That's not to say that homes haven't been sold and torn down. I would have to do a more extensive search to find that out.

If you mean After-Repair Value, I just did a quick search and found that homes like 39 Weaver Drive in Manahawkin, with 4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms in move-in condition, that have closed in the last 6 months, have sold for between $258,000 and $300,000. It depends on what ways you would be repairing/changing the home, and lots of other details like square footage, waterfront footage, etc. to take into consideration, and I'd be happy to discuss this further with you.
