As we understand it, Trulia gets its information from your MLS or as a direct feed from your agency. Track it back to the source and that may fix your issue.

It would be best to contact customer service. Sometimes it can take up to 36 hours for listings to go public on the site.

As I understand their marketing plan, Entry Only should upload your photos for the listing as part of their "Entry". Listing with a full service agency would solve this issue.

Charlie Wheeler answered:
Hi Judy,

Your listing is showing off-market because no changes have been made to the listing recently. To refresh the listing, go into the feed source (often your/broker website, MLS, or feed provider) and make a small change either to the property description or the photos. This will cause the listing to refresh on Trulia in a 24-72 hours. For this listing, we are getting the data from Real Estate Book.

If you encounter problems with your listings in the future, you can always click on the blue "Help" link at the top of the page to reach the Help Center. You can also use the link below to send a message to customer support directly.

Regards,

HI Lori,

Thank you for using Trulia Voices! I have noticed that the listing currently within your account is coming from www.coldwellbanker.com. Please confirm that your listing source is providing your listings to our site. Many times, the listings may already be on our site but you just need to claim them.

Below are the two methods which can be used to locate and claim your listings into your account.

Method #1

1. Locate the listing in question on Trulia by searching the address
2. View the Details page of the listing
3. Click the "Agents – add photo & contact info" link
4. If asked, agree to the Terms of Service (TOS)

Method #2

1. Log into their My Trulia account
2. Find your listings on Trulia on the My Listings page by entering the property address or MLS # and click the Search button
3. A popup window will appear with all of the listings associated with your search
- Here you can select which listings to brand

If you have additional questions, please contact customerservice@trulia.com.

Cheers,

Jenny of Trulia

Hi Clee,

Welcome to Trulia Voices and thank you for your question.

If you can provide our Customer Service Team with the correct latitude and longitude coordinates for the listing in question, they should be able to update the map placement for your listing accordingly.

You can send this information to them via the 'Report an error' link you'll find on the right side of the property details page, or you can access the link below and select the 'Contact Us' link in the upper-right corner of the page to send an email to them with this information.

Hi Ben,

If you access the link below you can search for your listings by address, MLS ID, or your email address and you'll then be prompted to claim them so that they will display your contact information. They will also then be linked to your My Trulia account so that you can keep tabs on their stats and send Client Listing Reports to your sellers.

I think Cathy has provided you with the required information to setup your Trulia Map but if you run into any issues, please be sure to contact our Customer Service team via http://support.trulia.com/

Also please be sure to let us know if you have any additional questions or feedback about either of these features.

Best Wishes,

Hi Redtugboat,

Recent sales are indeed on Trulia, and Grace gave you one way to find those listings on our site. Another way that might be faster, is to simply perform a search in the area you are interested - like zip code 04063. Once you're on the search results page, you can click on the Find Homes tab at the top of the page and then select 04063 Recently Sold Homes.

However it looks as though we don't actually have sales data for homes in this particular area. If you are looking for sales in this particular area, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Please be sure to let us know if you have any other questions or feedback for us.
