Huntsville has a surprisingly high crime rate. No doubt about it. And a lot of it is property crime- break ins. It's a little like the wild west down here. Speeding cars, etc. Lot of traffic fatalities.

Madison is a strong area for resale's, the best resale's are well maintained homes themselves and updated. Most neighborhoods in Madison are well maintained and have covenants that are enforced. As it is a fast growing City that is close to everything with an excellent school system, all a neighborhood needs is the particular amenities that an individual would want and/or need to be a better choice than the others. ... more
