I live just off RT 80. important to remember 'North Madison' is a semi-rural part of town. Madison Excellent school system. Route 80 & Rt 79 RT are all close. So Hartford, Middletown, etc.are convenient off RT 80 - RT 9 or to RT 17 Travel south on RT 80 your heading New Haven way. I-95 is within a 8 minute drive and we have the best little IGA. best meats,seafood & a pleasant 'small-town' ambiance. Friendly People ... more

It sold for 1.425 still a summer cottage - sustained no damage during Irene but the seawall barrier needed repairs. I sold the house across the street 56 Middle Beach W. in Nov. for 1.125.

Madison, Guilford and Clinton are great areas for buyers to invest in right now. This is a buyers market, prices are more affordable and the rates are great. Combine that with the stimulus package, and for qualified buyers, this is the right time to act. Buyers are attracted to the shoreline of Ct because it has so much to offer, great beaches, towns, schools and activities for all ages.
