Rentals are hard to come by. Budgets limit availability too. You definitely need to call around for rentals, all local agents.

When you are buying a house, you need to stick with one agent. When renting a home, time is of the essence. It is who you know and how fast can you make a decision. If you take too long to make a decision in Madison, the rental you want will be gone! If you know about the rental, it is safe to say you are not the only one. ... more

This is a hard find! I would say the average rental amount is about $1000 per month. As soon as they are advertised, they are gone. Inventory is low in Madison. The best way to find a rental is find a real estate agent in Madison and follow up with them weekly and act quickly. ... more

It seems that your scores in your range should work. Lenders like myself can go as low as 580 when it comes to credit scores. Of course, your other finances will need to be in place as well including your income, debt, assets, employment, expenses, etc. The best thing for you to do is to speak with a knowledgeable lender like myself to see if you can get started on financing a new home. If you need additional assistance, feel free to reach out. Good luck!

Student loans can often drag scores down due to many of them not knowing how to properly report high credit balance amounts, etc. I can often help with this while working on your loan application. Depending on your boyfriend's exact credit situation, you may qualify as is, but it's always nice to get your scores up some anyways while we're at it!

I am available to help you at your convenience if you wish.

I also offer credit score improvement programs for free while we work on your mortgage.

Hi Mary,

I currently live in Madison GA. This place is great, however there is no apts within 25 miles

I rent a house through them, they may have something available the time you are looking to move. I pay $750 for 3/2. The houses are maybe a mile from downtown.

UGA is about an hour from where I live. I see you posted this in 2011 so it would be this year that you are trying to move. With all luck bridgelease will have a house open, assuming that I can find someone to finance a house for me, this one will be open.

There are a lot of apts in Athens, they just aren't too great at all.
