Sally Grenier answered:
Depends on the market conditions in your area and the seller's situation. Most areas are seeing a pretty healthy sellers market and sellers are able to sell their homes fairly easily. In that case, most would prefer to sell than to rent. Also, a lot depends on where that seller is going. If they need to get the money out of their house to buy a new home, then they probably aren't too open to renting it.

But if homes are on the market for a long time, and if that seller has another place to go (maybe they are moving out of state and plan on renting there?) Then maybe a seller will get desperate and be open to renting it.

The system may be over riding them if they are also coming from another source. Certain sources take priority over others. You can also check to make sure the Trulia box is checked when you go to the promotion tab of your Postlet.

Lisa, I don't see any houses in the 400 block of Arundel listed for sale. If you can get an exact house number, I can check on that for you. I know a few of the home owners on that street and could help you with that if you are interested in that specific house. Thanks, have a great weekend! ... more

I have never seen a stipulation or exception for pets if potty trained or not. They are or are not allowed regardless of training. I wish I had a $1 every time a person told me not to worry that their pet was potty trained and would not go in my house. I would have about $50 by now. ... more

Hi Cagibson,

The answers below are correct. Trulia doesn't accept FSBO listings directly from sellers, but if you choose to work with a flat fee or full service brokerage in the future, your agent or broker can then submit your listing to us via the link below.

Best Wishes,

Jason Diperstein answered:

Your credit scores change dynamically. If you have your credit report pulled a week after it was originally pulled and you've had account updates since then you'll see a change. As an example, if one of your credit cards just reported that you made a large purchase and you are now near your limit on that card, your scores will be impacted. In any case, banks will determine qualification based off the middle of the three scores, so as long as the other two haven't changed you should still be fine. Good luck.

Kind regards,
