Only Premier Agents who pay monthly advertising fees to Zillow and Trulia have direct access to these companies with direct phone numbers. Consumers and the public do not have direct access. You're better off asking a question here and hopefully we can resolve it.

If you're asking about Crime and Safety, please note that realtors cannot give opinions on this topic because it violates Fair Housing laws. Trulia and Zillow get crime information from public sources and other websites.

Hello,

We’re excited you’re using Trulia for your home search process. We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the "Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Click 'More Filters'.
5. Select your preferred property type, square footage, etc.
6. Click the red 'Apply' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Contact the agent" button to get in touch with a real estate professional in your area. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

You may also be interested in the fact that Lyndhurst, NJ is part of the HMDC or Hackensack Meadowlands Development Commission. Any city included in this organization receives tax subsidies from the developments in the Meadowlands. Examples being Giants/Jets Stadium and The Racetrack. The closer the city is in proximity to the actual development the more money is given to the individual municipality lowering the property taxes overall in that town. Currently Giants Stadium resides in East Rutherford therefore the city of East Rutherford currently receives the bulk of the proceeds (as of this writing) and hence they have the lowest property taxes. Other cities that are a part of the HMDC are: Carlstadt, East Rutherford, Little Ferry, Lyndhurst, Moonachie, North Arlington, Ridgefield, Rutherford, South Hackensack, and Teterboro in Bergen County; Jersey City, Kearny, North Bergen, and Secaucus in Hudson County. With more developments planned for the near future other HMDC municipalities such as Lyndhurst may be well positioned to receive future additional tax benefits. ... more

Yes, I feel confident in saying we are moving in that direction. All market economies repeatedly (every several years or so) move through four stages of... (1) Expansion, (2) Peak, (3) Recession, and (4) Recovery. Historically the Real Estate Market has been one step or stage behind the US Stock Market which is currently in the Expansion stage with the Dow Jones Industrial Average breaking the 18000 mark recently. If history repeats Real Estate is very well positioned right now to enter a new stage of Expansion. Some may say we already have. The true "Seller's Market" occurs just before the Peak stage. However waiting for the Peak can be quite costly to a seller because of the inherent instability of the Peak stage whereby any negative economic occurrence can create the Recessionary period to begin, devaluing the property much more rapidly than the many years it took to peak.
