Hello, The only way to get your FSBO home listed on Trulia is to have it listed on the MLS. Only agents have access, but you could also pay for what's called a flat fee listing service if you want to sell by owner (generally not a good idea). We created UpNest (http://www.upnest.com) to help home sellers get the best value possible. All you have to do is submit a few details about your home, and we'll invite several top local agents to submit proposals to you. Since agents are competing to earn your listing, they bring out their best commission rates and value added services, saving you a lot of money. There's no risk to try us at all, and it's completely free for you. http://www.upnest.com Good luck! ... more

We can tell you without a doubt what a property is worth today. Predicting the future is tougher though. The right time to sell is always when someone is ready. On average homes are going up 2% a year here. If you are looking to sell ad buy a new property, the new one will cost more wiping out the increase in sales price on the sale. ... more

Hello, I'm a mortgage professional.

We would need to get your credit score up to a 580 or higher.

If you paid of some collections that may help.

I can take a look at your credit and see what we can do to raise the score. We have a credit score millstone that helps show what we can do to get your score up and we can get items removed form credit within a few days. ... more

Hi Marting1,

You should be eligible right now as long as you have re-established your credit. It will also depend on the type of mortgage you're looking for. For example: A jumbo loan with 5% down is off the plate as an option but an FHA or VA mortgage should be no problem.

Take a look at the recommendations from some of my past clients on my Trulia profile by clicking the link below my phone number.

Please feel free to contact me for more information or help.

Trulia does not typically monitor questions on this forum, you'll have to contact Customer Service. Trulia is probably getting the info from other sources, such as Realty Trac. The only way to truly delete the bad info is to track down the source of it. ... more

Crystal Lakes Manors is a beautiful gated community that is a bit of country but still a FAST commute to downtown Tampa, Westshore Business and USF.

The assigned High School, Steinbrenner is one of the best in Tampa Bay.

The Engineer's Report is on public records here:

It says was "most likely" related to typical minor settlement but it continues to state that they found "evidence of sinkhole activity occurring beneath the property".

$20k seems a low estimate, how much did the Insurance Company pay ?
