Eugene C. Winter would know the historical significance of any home in Lowell. He was the president of the Lowell Historical Society, works for Phillips Academy at the Peabody Museum as an Historical Archivist and is very active with the Tewksbury Historical Society.

David E. Marcus, the current president of the Tewksbury Historical Society is also very knowledgeable is this area too.
