Is your home listed for sale? With a Realtor? If so, you need to contact your agent and he/she can make the changes in the MLS and it will eventually show up here. Hi Karen, These are all good answers, except none of them are specific to your local marketing area, or your specific situation. If you are truly interested in selling, give me a call. My office is located right here in Schererville and my wife and I sell throughout Lake County and the south suburbs of Chicago. There are some pitfalls to selling on your own, but it is possible to do. If you would like, I can stop by to assess the marketability of your home. While there, I can let you know the value of your home in today's market, and help you to develop a strategy to sell. There is no cost for this visit, and no obligation to use my services. Before I leave, you'll know what it will take to sell, and I'll give you solid advice on selling on your own so that you can be confident in making your decisions. Best of luck, Bill Port, RE/MAX Results. 219-613-7527... more
