I see 2 homes for sale on Chenoweth Run - house #'s 6101 and 4111. Neither is a foreclosure. Since the property you viewed on this site was posted 12 months ago, I'm guessing it is no longer available. Unfortunately, sometimes agents forget to remove sold listings.
Are you currently working with an agent? If not, I'd love the opportunity to sit down with you to talk about your 'wish list' and 'must haves' and see if we can find what you're looking for!

Prices for a condo in the Norris Pl area range from as low as $49,000 to as high as $210,000. The price that you would pay would depend on many things such as how many bedrooms you are looking for, how many bathrooms, whether you are looking for something that is move in ready or if you want a foreclosure that may need some TLC. There are several condos in the area that I would be happy to get you more information on if you are interested in buying or if you are trying to come up with a price to list your current condo at give me a call so that we can discuss that matter further.

It's now called Prelude Preschool & DayCare. There are after school programs in the Jefferson County School Systems in both elementary & middle schools. The Jefferson County Public Schools give parents access through Parent Portal. There is also an app for that called Campus Portal. You need to register through your child's school (just call the office in the morning) and get the sign in information. You can check their schedule, assignments, attendance, immunization records, grades, email the teachers and, through another site, even add money to their lunch account and see the balance. It is honestly a great system and we use it weekly for our kiddos.

There is an official deadline just like with anything that requires you to sign up but the schools will always take into consideration special situations...moving into the area...when considering a student’s admission to a school. If a family moving to the area wants to move into a particular area because they want their kids to go to a certain school they should make sure that school or program is taking new students. A good local Realtor® will be able to help them navigate the school systems (Public, Private and County schools) in the Louisville Metro Area.. ... more
