Los Olivos is probably one of the most expensive areas in the Santa Ynez Valley. For more information, give me a call and I would be happy to provide a no cost to you Market Analysis which could pinpoint the price with more accuracy. ... more

There are two lots available in Los Olivos. One is a beautiful one acre lot with a magnificent 500 year old Oak tree in the middle of it for $449,000. The other is a lot in town ready to build for $400,000.
The is a 3/4 acre parcel right on the other side of 154 from Los Olivos and 62 acres by 101 and 23 acres down Foxen Canyon Road both for over a million. Anything else?
I am an agent who only represents buyers. The listing agents only represent their sellers whether you deal with them or not.
