Average lot size is a bit more difficult to find.

The HOA can not put themselves on the title to your home or evict you. If you owe the HOA many months of dues then they may have filed a lien against the property. You can ask a real estate agent to pull a "Title Report" from a Title Company which will show what is really going on. Your real estate agent should be able to explain he report to you.
