Hello oddeyedcat, No it is not available conventional but as low as 5% down Jumbo with a minimum 720 fico score from 424k up to 1.5 million and 10% down from a minimum 680 fico score and up to 2.5 million.

You can go higher with FHA 3.5% down up to 636,150 from a minimum 580 fico score. Your qualifications will be determined by your credit profile, debt to income ratios, fico scores, loan program and how much you want to invest into the down payment and closing costs. Your fico scores can be raised within 3-4 days in most cases to qualify for programs, rates and terms as necessary.

Homes for sale at that amount will almost always be available to cash buyers only. Its not that they don't want to work with you, rather the homes will not accept financed offers.

Often times banks will have a time period after the first loan mod in which you can not apply for another, but sometimes persistence can pay off. If they keep calling they might get someone who is willing to change the rule due to the circumstance. But as Shel lee stated, time is of the essence. If they are already delinquent on a payment then they should contact BOA immediately before they start any process of foreclosure. Once the process has started it is much harder to "turn off".
In the process of the loan mod you should also discuss with them the option of a short sale so they have some options if the mod doesnt go through.
