Garbage Guy, I love, love, love your business name. Catchy! Good tool you've listed below so foreclosure cleanup owners can get an idea of what they'd be paying a sub (your company) for trashout help. This will ultimately help them set their own foreclosure cleaning prices.
I hope business is going well for you in Longview!

This seems to be a popular business these days. Talk to realtors and bank loan officers. Also any mortgage companies you can find. All of these people deal with foreclosure situations. A lot of brokers as well -- they can cover for all their realtors, who will typically approach the broker for guidance in these situations. Also give talks at real estate offices and let people know what you do.... more

Look around on the net. I bet you can find some REO service companies and their pricelists.
My advice is don't bid too low. I see these services come and go and my guess is they often bid too low and either get burned out or don't make enough money at it to make it worthwhile. Be a one stop shop if you can, even if you have to farm out some of the business to reliable sub contractors. Good luck.... more
If you contact your local agency; ask for the person who handles property management. At my Prudential Office we have an agent who works exclusively with rental properties. I myself have done quite a few - it is never beneath my status as an agent....
I wish you the best; but please do find an agency with an agent that specializes. Alot of properties aren't advertised in local papers - and some are much better than you might expect.
