YES til this day i get them almost daily. A complete waste of money to buy leads. The answer is to generate ones own leads and most often using a blog daily works great. Active Rain offers a free blogging platform and then you can really get exposure by choosing to be a Rain maker which is way less expensive than buying worthless leads. I put my link below ... more

You would have to submit a plot plan to the town with the location of the pool vs the house property line and fence. It is usually cheaper to buy a home with an existing pool since most people don't want pools. ... more

Colleen, There are many excellent home inspectors, the state offers a list of licensed inspectors, also you may want to check into ASHI as they too have a list. I would hope that you or your office manager are aware of these sites and your requirements to provide such list.
