Even people, who have low credit score manage to find pretty good properties.
First option for renter with a low credit is to find a co-signer on your lease.
The second is to pay a larger deposit.
You can also include letters of recommendation from previous landlords, especially those who have rented to you most recently.

Dear 1stimers,
You are able to obtain the same credit report that creditors pull up from the reporting agencies for free once per year from each of Experian, Equifax and Transunion. The difficulty is that the reports will not have your FICO scores. FICO scores are key determinants in mortgage lenders decision making in whether or not to advance credit and at what price.

If you are considering a mortgage, feel free to contact me and I can help you out.

Best regards,

It depends on a lot of variables. But 620 and above is a good start. Doesn't mean you can't be lower, however it will probably cost ya in the interest rate. Do you know what kind of a Fico Score you have now?
