It depends on where you're located and whether most of the properties around you have pools and spas. If you were located in Arizona or Nevada for example, a pool is de rigeur and would be necessary for your property to be competitive. In 90803, pools are less common and wouldn't add much to the value -- if anything. In fact some buyers may not be interested in your property if it has a pool or spa. ... more

The question is directed to "NEW MEDIA" and those who actually recognize what it means.
The growth of this category, if plotted on a spreadsheet, would look iike a vertical line. Growth, therefore is discussed using "ORDERS OF MAGNATUDE' measures.
Let me be frank, if you don't know what I'm talking about, this question is not for you.
However, those who do recognize the challenge that equates to being drawn and quartered. You can only stretch so far. Broad band, mulitplatform, mulit-disapline,multi-media, multi-user, access controlled virtual dashboards wil prove essential to the real estate professional who intends to grow their business with those who are the growth segment.
It is extremely likely, posting this question on Trulia acually MISSED the intended market, 'cause the intended audience is on the new media platforms.
Crhis, what dasboard have you found most agile in the new media segment?

the time line between the NOD to the NOS hasn't changed....what changed was the time line in filing the NOD. the total time from default to NOS is 152's the minium time....they cannot have an NOS before the 90 days plus 20! but they can take longer if they want. ... more
