Hi Warren,

This particular home is a ranch with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage for 2 cars. It has large basement, real wood floors, nice size bedrooms and all appliances with upgrades including newer roof, gutters, heavy duty siding and much more.

Hello Alfred,

Nowadays it is not very difficult to find properties be it is for sale or rental anywhere, thanks to some great real estate firms who make this task a lot easier for us.

If you are really interested in a particular location, I came across a good site http://www.plazaestates.co.uk/properties-to-rent/oval-road-primrose-hill-nw1/ref-2zraxd
Where you could find two bedroom apartments at Oval road nw1 for rentals. You just have to call the listing agent whose name is on the sign/ad and he will provide you relevant information of the property besides a tour of the place. Referrals and expert reviews available on such sites also help in making the right decision.

There are several websites that help you in renting out your own property such as Zillow, Plaza Estates property sites and so on where you can list your home easily.

The cost for a basic level listing isn't too expensive, and with one or two rentals even a top-tier listing will pay for itself fairly quickly. They also allow you to offer specials, such as last-minute booking discounts to fill gaps in your calendar. You may want to consider Craigslist's Vacation Rental section as well.

You can carefully select affordable homes through real estate firms. On conducting a property search, you will definitely come across some good sites, or you can contact real estate agents that will also provide a range of other services to ease up your real estate purchase.

In London, for example, the Plaza Estates firm can provide you with all the information about rental as well as properties for sale in every region. They help prospective home buyers make an informed decision when looking to buy a commercial or a residential property. This is good for you; if you don’t have an agreement, the estate agent should be paid by the property owner not you, unless estate agent participated in documents and etc on your behalf. Executed contract signed when you leased home, and listing agreement govern how he should be paid.

However, if you have to find the legal rental terms and conditions, you can readrental laws (in the UK), at Plaza Estates website, which should help put you in the right direction as far as property is concerned.

Hi Ilona,

Landlords have a legal right of entry to the property for inspection and repairs under the Rent Act 1977 and the Housing Act 1988. However, according to tenant law, you are entitled to something called 'quiet enjoyment' of your property.

Your landlord cannot inspect the premises without giving prior notice, except in an emergency. For more details about rental laws (in the UK), you can read articles on good London Properties websites like http://www.plazaestates.co.uk/ , which should help you in legal matters regarding property concerns.

James,
If you are speaking about London, Ohio - London has many areas which are suitable for a family and the properites hold their value well. Most notably would be "Westmoor Estates" also on that list would be North Main Street, Flax Drive. is another good area. Also there are areas that are being renovated and their property values are rising - First Street, Amherst Meadows, if you like more of the "subdivision" feel. Also, Brooksedge. London is a very diverse town and there are lots of pockets of great properties and very nice little communities.
I would be happy to talk to you directly if you are considering relocating to the area and we could talk aobut what it is your looking for and I could help you understand the London area as I have been a Madison County resident my entire life and is where I do the bulk of my business as a realtor.
Please feel free to contact me at 614-314-0772.

I look forward to speaking with you.

Homes do not sale for lots of reasons. The number one reason in my personal experience is it is over priced! Just because a sale is pending and it falls through does not mean it is always the house. Offers terminate for many reasons and another one top of the list is buyer could not get financed at that amount. Sometimes we run into a home that has a lot of structural issues but should be disclosed up front on the SD. Lastly, appraisals can be a problem too. But I would say 80% we not prequalified buyers and could not get approval on the home! If you like take a look at it! Here in Texas if it is an inspection/structural issue agent/seller must disclose that to potential buyers. ... more
