Are there any agents who have local mobile home experience? Looking for a little insight on the market and eventually post rehab representation on the sale. Thanks in advance!

Hello,

We’re excited you’re using Trulia for your home search process. We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the "Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Click 'More Filters'.
5. Select your preferred property type, square footage, etc.
6. Click the red 'Apply' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Contact the agent" button to get in touch with a real estate professional in your area. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

Sounds like an error in classification on the part of the listing agent. There are a number of criteria around ownership type (Condo or Fee Simple) and Style (Condo, Townhome, single family) that agents sometimes get wrong.

Take the time to check on any/all criteria that mean a lot to you --- another one would be school info and fees for condos - I see errors here as well.

Hope this helps.

I would say that the other comments have really good estimates. I do know that it generally depends on your house and what kind of coverage you are looking for. There are so many options for insurance and what coverage is offered, so it is a good idea to look around. By doing this, you can be covered for the things that are important to you, and then hopefully you can get the insurance to pay for any damages that could happen later on! http://centralins.com/homeowners-insurance-austin-tx/ ... more

Wmunoz,
Chances are if you have a Title Insurance policy required as part of your Purchase & Sale, the title can't be transferred unless that lien is cleared. Your lender will require one as part of the loan if you are financing and I can't imagine they will fund the loan without a clear title. I think you need to discuss this with your agent and the Title company involved to get the most specific answers as they have your contract and know the local law. ... more

Your best bet is Craigslist.
Homeowners with rooms to rent generally do not use Realtors.
You may also check with the school to inquire about off campus housing.
