I cannot imagine that a double yellow line will provide sufficient evidence of devaluing your property, but could prove to be more challenging for the agent selling your home. Is the street you live on a busy thruway for commuters or is it limited to other times of the day?
Property value for your home is mostly dictated by condition of the home, property and surrounding areas. Then comparing those values to similar homes in the area. Will your home be worth as much as a similar home a quiet dead end street? Probably not, but again, its a subjective item for pricing your home.
