I agree, it's pure laziness. And it really does a disservice to buyers and to our fellow agents. I make sure I have the maximum amount of photos, pure and simple. If the buyer or buyer's agent doesn't like something about the house from the pictures, they don't have to waste their time viewing it. Our MLS requires only an exterior photo, however, I believe it should be a requirement to have interior photos as well. ... more

I find it pretty unbelievable that it would cost that much. I have had several houses handled and it was no where near that price. might be a steal if you could deduct the $30K and find out it was only going to cost $10K ... more

I also went to the Real Estate Training Center http://www.coloradorealestate.net I found the online training to work well with my busy schedule. The school has advisers available by email for any questions and there is a test prep class you can attend once you finish the online classwork. If you are a organized and a self motivator, you will do well with online training. These are both skills you need to be successful in the Real Estate Business too. Some people prefer classroom training. Becoming a Realtor is a big responsibility and you should not take your licensing lightly. Best of Luck to You! ... more
