If you live north of Camelback Road, east of Dysart, south of Indian School Road or west of Litchfield Road (excluding the Litchfield Park Greens, the Village at Litchfield Park and LaLoma Village), you do not live in the city limits. New developments such as Bel Fleur, Dreaming Summit, Wigwam Creek and Veranda are not in the city limits. Anyone living in these areas is considered a non-resident of Litchfield Park.

I currently have a listing in the Dreaming Summit subdivision and their HOA monthly fees include services for; Rural Metro Fire Protection, Sewer and Refuse pickup. You can reach me at 623-398-5575 with any additional questions.

The property you are seeking IS NOT FOR SALE. Foreclosures appear in Trulia when the bank forecloses on the borrower. However, that does not mean the property you are seeing is actually for sale. If there is no address or listing information available, the property is not available.

Focus your search on properties that are actually available for purchase.

It is under contract, taking back up offers. Call your residential real estate agent for an appointment to preview this lovely listing. Thank You for your asking!! If you do not have an Agent, I can help you with any listing in the MLS except this one! Or I can refer you to an Agent in the West Valley. Let me know what you are searching, # bedrooms, overall sq ft range, preferred areas, etc. etc. etc.? I primarily show and sell in the South East Valley, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler areas. However I know the West side very well, as well as all other areas of the Valley in Maricopa County and also in Pinal County. Also tell me a little about yourself and house mates and how you plan to finance etc. I can recommend several good Lenders if you need one! You can search listings at www.kathesmith.com
Again, thank you for asking about this lovely listing. It is a JEWEL for sure!

It appears that the property was listed by one brokerage and the seller canceled the listing and moved the listing to another brokerage. It now appears under pending.

Bob,
Litchfield Park has some of the nicest homes on the west side of Phoenix. There are 42 homes out of 52 homes over $250,000 that are for sale which are not short sales. Many are custom homes by great builders. You picked a great area to consider.
To see other homes in Litchfield Park try this link. www.arizona-dream-homes.com
The site has information for buyers from outside the US that you may find helpful under the Buyer tab.
