Ask your Realtor to provide you with recent sales that are similar to the property that you are interested in. If there are recent sales that were also foreclosures, you would then take into consideration the condition of the property as compared to the other sales. You also want to consider if you will be requesting any concessions and th length of time the property has been for sale to help determine the appropiate price. http://ForeclosureIQ.com ... more

Your post seems to be directed to someone specific that sent you something specific, but this is an open forum read by many, so I am not sure your message is getting to whom you want. Otherwise, please explain "who" is sending you "what" that you cannot read?

Serious mold issues are just that, serious. Mold is airborne and a big concern in the industry has been agents listing these distressed properties without any mention on the MLS as to the extent of mold in the home. Agents have been bringing clients into these homes only to find out once they are already inside that there are very extensive mold issues. Agents who list these homes need to make note of this on the MLS and agents showing them should take the precautions necessary. The other two agents answered your questions. Only a professional inspector who tests for mold can answer that. ... more

Hi Joe, present the plans and/or your ideas to the Building Dept at Lisle to see what they have to say. The manufacturer may have some idea or be able to provide you enough info, specs, details with which you can go to Lisle.

Good Luck and let us know what they say.

Hi Fourlakes...
Did you ever buy that condo? I am curious...
Four Lakes is awesome. If I was young, single and living in the western suburbs, I would live there...
Good luck,
