Hello,

I checked the property and it appears that the property is for sale on Trulia.

http://www.trulia.com/property/1045326253-420-E-Olive-St-Lebanon-OR-97355

Trulia is a platform for consumers to browse housing information as well as a tool for home owners and agents to list their properties. As a result the property listings are manually controlled by the listing agent/owner. If a listing is pending or sold, it is up to the listing owner to update the status of that property. The status of the listing is unclear to us because it is in the hands of the listing owner.

For future reference, you can feel free to contact us about this type of inquiry through our contact form here:

1. Please use either Google Chrome or Firefox as these two web browsers work best on Trulia.

If you are selling For Sale By Owner you won't be able to edit your listing on Trulia. While Zillow allows FSBO's, the end result is they end up here without users having control over their listing. If you have an agent, they can create an agent profile and make revisions.

Good luck!

While in most cases, yes, you need income to be approved for a home loan, there are ways to be approved for a loan without income. I've come across this situation with many buyers before. One option is to get a loan that uses private money funds, the down side is that you pay a high interest rate! I'm talking 10% the last time I checked. (right now rates are around 3.75%) This option should really be used for a short period of time until you can refinance into another loan. Another option that will qualify you for a loan is if you have X amount of months worth of payments in the bank. I want to say 6 months worth of payments, but it's been a while since I've looked into this option. Jeff Nunley at Peak Mortgage if you need a lender. ... more

Laughing Waters is a home owners association. It's members consist of all of the owners of cabins in the Laughing Waters riverfront development on North Bank Rd in McKenzie Bridge. All of the cabins are on their own land. There is a large common land area and common water system for the cabins. The association establishes rules for ownership, modification of properties, maintenance, and capital improvements. ... more

Probably not... credit scores are affected, primarily, by your use of credit.

In paying cash for the home, you won't be availing yourself of any credit... so you won't be building any credit history at all. It might be worth your time to consult a credit counselor to see what you can do to improve (or create) a good credit history. ... more

Rural Development loans don't cover manufactured homes. FHA does, however, depending on how old the home is.

I am guessing you are trying to post a For Sale by Owner listing and Trulia doesn't allow this type of listings. Only agents can post for sale listings.

Hopefully, you have the exterior repainted in a color in the spirit of San Francisco, and it's on the market. Have you had any luck? When do you think you may be moving to our fine state of Oregon?
