for the most accurate answer to your question - call a local agent!

You will also need to know if the home requires flood insurance - something that can be costly.

The easiest way would be to submit an inquiry to the listing agent who should have access or know where to find the FEMA flood plain map to determine the flood plain status of the home in question. Follow the link below and submit an inquiry to the Listing Agent Lillian Montalto or call her at 888-681-0001. http://www.trulia.com/property/1039890888-27-Arthur-Woods-Ave-Burlington-MA-01803. Try www.msc.fema.gov put in your address and zoom in on the map. Click on the select tab and draw a box around the area you are looking for. This will take you to a new screen with the flood zone map. Or at least it is supposed to. Sometimes the FEMA site is down. You can contact your local insurance agent and they can tell you if the property is located in a flood zone. The county should have current maps of the flood zones too. ... more

It is important to have the home look as good as possible, even though funds may be short. We also offer staging services and advice, helping to get your home in the ready for Buyers to visit.

We would be happy to stop off and chat at a time convenient for you, if you would like.

We have lived in Lincoln Par for over 25 years, so we know the neighborhoods.
We do most of our Listings and Sales right here in town.

Vivian is deeper in the flood area. Garden has had better luck.

This last season's flooding was the worst in years. So if a home didn't get water then, they are somewhat safer. Flood Insurance however is expensive.
I will be happy to answer any other questions on the matter as well.

There are other homes in town, in that same price range that are not in flood.
I can send them to you via Email for your review.
If interested, click on the "contact : link on the right and I will send them off to you.
