There are a few things to do on this. One, is it a company that you already paid in full for the work to be performed? If so, how did you pay? If not, then it's easy. If you didn't pay in full yet, just hold out the payment until they fix it. If you paid for it on a credit card, refute the payment for the installation. Nothing may come of it, but at least you will get the company's attention. If they still don't listen and they're not done yet, don't let them back in the house and call whoever's putting it in. There are a few routes you can go, but more information would be easier. I also have a good attorney that would be happy to get involved, I'm sure..... ... more
