ed rossi, a few months have passed since you first asked your question. the rental market was and remains very active. the available rentals listed on MLS are accessed by agents searching for their clients.

your question sounds like you just want an address and you'll check it out yourself. best to try craigs list. although craigs list started with good intentions, today there is a lot of questionable advertisements. if you use this source, check and double check the reliability of the information.

if you rent in florida six months or less it is considered a short term rental and subject to tourist taxes, etc. most short term rentals are furnished or turn key furnished. the latter means everything is included, sheets, pots/pans, dishes you just show up. A furnished rental may have some furnishing but the tenant supplies their personal living stuff.

your question never addressed when you wanted the rental to start. some condo associations have restrictions on frequency of renting units as well as duration.

by this time you have hopefully secured teh 2 bd 2 ba that you were seeking.

best regards,
