Hi Lisa,

This listing is a short sale, and the seller has accepted an offer and submitted it to the bank. The sellers may permit a visit if you'd like to submit a back-up offer. Buyers often walk away from short sales, because of the long time it can take to get approval, often months.

I can contact the listing agent and see if you can see the home, and also send you similar listings from the MLS in case this one goes into escrow. Just call, text or email to let me know!

Regards,
Cory

Hi Jennifer,

It is a bit frustrating out there. Inventory is low in many areas. Some homes are priced low to attract buyers and create demand. In many areas homes are selling for 10%-15% percent more then asking price. Don't get discouraged. It is a great time to buy. The easy part is putting in offers, the difficult part is to get the offer accepted. This is where an aggressive and informed Realtor will do you good. Hang in there and good luck!

Kari Shea answered:
Hi Loc,

This property was not sod, it reverted to the bank as the official holders of the title on that date.

The last property that sold on that street was 1,370 SF, sold for $459,000 on 5/31/07

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

Eva,

According to the San Diego MLS this propery is still on the market. It is a short sale and the BPO (Broker Price Opinion) has been completed. They are still awaiting short sale approval from the bank. It has been on the market for 148 days and they are asking $249,000.00. Contact your agent to make an inquiry, it may not be too late to submit an offer if you are interested.

You would watch the list for the auction date, they are sold (if the do sell) on the court house steps. You can google to get the list and how it updates.

You must be prepared to pay cash and bid against expert investors.

Cecily,

According to what the listing agent entered into the San Diego MLS, the monthly homeowner fees are $183.00 per month. (Have your agent double check this data, sometimes there are increases and special assessments).

Tyler Flaherty answered:
it appears yes. dont believe those signs you see on the lawn. most of the real estate agents have to pay someone to take them down and lets face it maybe those agents are hurting in regards to getting the signs taken down. dont be afraid to call the agent on the agent on the sign and ask.
best of luck and happy holidays.

Jon,
the best source for this kind of information is to be in touch with the local police department or county sheriff's departmant. They have access to the most up to date and accurate information and are generally very willing to be helpful.

Good luck
