Since you are talking about Lehigh Acres and most houses are on well I guess you are talking about the well system. If the well pump is not working then you should call your landlord and have him get it fixed. Unless its mentioned in the lease, it is your landlords responsibility to keep the well working. If the house is on city water and the water is not included in the rent then it will be your responsibility to have it turned on.
