We live off 67th, currently renting on arrowhead dr. I can tell you the area is quiet and safe. I wouldn't recommend our house by any means, the one we are renting and about to move out of has two brown garage doors. The other houses around here, especially one for sale directly behind us in black mesa is newly remodeled and beautiful. This area is very pretty. If you are looking more for quiet country living I'd suggest out toward cache, ok. ... more

I think I can safely say that the market has rebounded significantly in nearly all parts of the US. Each neighborhood, of course, will have it's own statistics. My kids live in a suburb of OKC and sold their house within days of listing. But even in a down market, if you will find someone who understands how to help you position your home in the current market competitively to get the maximum number of buyers looking at and compelled by your home, your chances of success will increase dramatically.

As a member of the Council of Residential Specialists who are highly trained in helping you understand and maximize your home's position in the marketplace, I would be happy to put you in touch with a CRS agent in your area, who could help you do just that.
