Hi Gerard, I hope that you have been able to find an affordable rental. The apartment guide has always been a good place to find rental apartment communities in the area, and you can usually pick up a copy at your local grocery store. Other than that, Real Estate Agents in the area are sometimes contracted by landlords to list single family/townhouses/condominiums for rent which would go to places like Trulia, Realtor.com, etc. Best of luck to you in the search. ... more

Hello!

No it's not too early to look. It's mid-June and properties available August are starting to come on the market. Looking early, especially when relocating, is never a bad idea anyway. You may not get the properties you are looking at but it will give you a better idea of the area and what you can get for your rent range, so that when it is time to make a decision you can be most confident in what you've chosen.

Lawrenceville/ Pennington/ Hopewell are all within my area of expertise. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me.

I know this is a really old question. But I'm still posting my opinion on Bindi Patel for those researching on attorneys in the future.

We hired Bindi for our first home purchase. She never answered calls and sometimes took a day to respond by email. Even when we had important deadlines she was not very helpful.
But the worst part is not that. We found a couple of mistakes with the condo association fees and condo cert fees, which should have been caught by her. We would have lost about $1000 if we had missed it.
Post purchase we emailed her about getting our title insurance document reception and she never responded.
I'd strongly suggest skipping her for any important legal work.

The worst place I have ever lived ( well may be the 2nd worst- absolute worst was the
Rennaisance in N.Brunswick- degenerated into gun play by 2007-) Now this place is going in the same direction- too many "Section-8's and low lifes (Ghetto types). Worst section is bldg. 1 thru 18
Parties til 5am- cars vandalized- garbage everywhere- looked like downtown Trenton-

The "talking heads" in the office will do nothing- their job is to show appts and get leases signed. Don't ask them for any problem resolution- they just don't know ! No training whatsoever for that.

STAY AWAY- Part of the problem is that they will allow unrelated people to live in the same apt
and use their TOTAL income to qualify. The "GET-TOE" people bring their even worse friends and
they bring even worse people- cars get vandalized- dog crap and garbage everywhere- Common sense Rules are not enforced by the talking heads.
