I believe in loyalty. You should use the realtor you have been working with unless she is totally unfamiliar with the area. In that case I'll be happy to help you out and see to it that she gets a referral fee.

The Islea of Wight is an area that is so quietly placed that even living in the area few people know about it. It is also a very nice family area where generations of the same family have used the same houses or houses near each other. Depending on the size and condition of the house and the size of the property it can go from a million dollars and up. Are you interested in selling or buying a house in that area? I'll be happy to help you in any way I can.
