I personally prefer gas over electric. Although I am not a HVAC Expert, I do recall reading an article recently that I am happy to share with you on the link below... http://www.goettl.com/blog/choosing-your-furnace-gas-vs-electric/
If you need any assistance finding a home with either option, I'm just a phone call away...

One of the biggest differences is when it falls to business licensing. Depending on if you fall within city limits or not will depend on who, where and how much it cost to hang your business license. The differences are so nominal it isn't worth worrying about.
With regards to business permitting it tends to make a little more of a difference. The fire department issues approvals for certain business types and does not allow other business types dependent on if the business is either in the incorporated or the unincorporated. This is a major sticking point and you can literally buy a piece of property and not be able to open your business because of where it is.
I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance let me know.
Not the best area for walking. Better restaurants start at the strip and move toward the west. I like PF Changs on Paradise, and Maggiano's at the Fashion Show Mall. Town square on the south strip has a leisurely walking/shopping area with many nice restaurants.... more

Summerlin has excellent existing and up-coming shopping! Boca Park and Tivoli have shopping and dining, and Tivoli's upcoming addition (which doubles the size of Tivoli) will include H & M, and some other great shops.
Also, you have the Shops at Summerlin being built right now, which is a huge outdoor shopping mall:
To answer this question accurately, we would need to know which area you are looking in and what kind of food you and your family are looking to eat! There are SO MANY great restaurants in Las Vegas and surrounding areas.
As Alison said, looking on Yelp would be a huge help and just enter your location, read reviews and enjoy the food!... more
Sorry for the late response. But I may have the answer for you. Just recently, a very good friend of mine, Kiki, just purchased a club by the name of "Azul". It is currently under rehab and will soon be the "Pulse Night Club". From what I understand, it is the LARGEST freestanding nightclub, not attached to a casino or hotel.
This is establishment is a 19,000 square foot 2 story multi-use venue located in the heart of the world famous entertainment capital Las Vegas. This venue will be able to capitalize on its ability to operate as a nightlife destination, corporate event center, and comedy club.
With a downtown entertainment district address located in the heart of the famous Freemont experience, this venue will be greatly impacted by the 50 million annual tourists, and hotel guests, as well as the local clientele.
