Hello Ricardo and thank you for your service sir,...

As a Vet,...you are already eligible for a VA Loan which entitles you to "No Down Payment"

Also,... It is possible to negotiate closing costs when offering to purchase a resale and with certain developers,.. all of the closing costs can be paid when using their preferred lenders.

I've helped several vets get into Brand New Homes this year with absolutely no money out of pocket and I would be proud to help you do the same.

Feel free to contact me when you have a moment and we can review your criteria and set a strategy to get you into "Home Ownership" as soon as possible....

Never look down on anybody...unless you're helping them up.
